So like after this art was made, Mai got her size nerf.

1. She needed a set or default size cuz she isn't a character who could control and expand her size

2. Shes way too big to be drawn flexibly and way too much ass to be appealing ngl

I know close ups can be an excuse to keep her size but i'm not gonna draw that every time i draw her since i feel like that would waste time and resource on something that wasn't needed
