♕ :: P E R S O N A L I T Y :: Naturally kindly and temperamental in disposition, Aurelia is openly welcoming to most individuals, especially those that require extra care such as infants, small races or individuals, children or those with disabilities. Slippery and elusive in nature, can be easily startled or surprised by sudden movements or appearances and prefers to make first moves herself if able so as not to be taken by surprise. Though gentle, has a distinct stubborn streak when it comes to people trying to bully her or others into submission or cooperation. Actively moves to make justice on the unjust and hold everyone accountable for their wrongdoings, though, if one does repent, she is all the more welcoming for forgiveness is a terrible inherent reaction to anyone who either truly is guilty or feigns it, sometimes leading to difficult situations at her behalf.

:: A strong believe and practitioner of "practical magic". As in, white magic is used and used well indeed, but only to a certain extent, believing that over usage can cause wounds to heal disproportionately and/or wrong, with the addition that over usage of white magic can cause antibody deficiency's while the body does not have to work as hard in order to maintain strength against contagions since magic is used so readily, making patients more susceptible to infection and disease.

::*Is in a relationship with Monidium, an entity and parasitic personality living with 's character Monid. Monidium is separate of Monid, though they share the same body. There are certain (and complicated) circumstances involving their relationship, but it is a very extensive and involved one (spanning over a physical calender year now, yay!). Monidium can be summed up as being extremely jaded, controversial, heretical, angry, destructive, and an overall villain... which makes Aurelia the perfect opposite for him, and makes for a very interesting couple indeed.

:: Has 4 fingers only, but five toes. Not entirely sure why, but it hasn't been a problem so far for her and actually helps her balance her magic better, she finds.

:: Has several physical deformities since Chimera have a very high failure rate, though her body is fairly functional, there are some key flaws in design. Extra vertebrae sometimes makes her neck slightly longer than average, as well as an extra one towards the end at the base of her tail. Malformed sweat glands cause her to not be able to sweat very proficiently, so hot weather can not only be uncomfortable but deadly if she overheats drastically, same goes for thick clothing. Though her choice of wardrobe may be seen as impractical or skimpy even, it's highly beneficial and comfortable for her to wear less over more because of this fact.

::Has the ability to metamorphose over time. It's a very slow process, much like puberty, in that she changes in tiny increments over a large span of time, though some of her traits are immovable, like her ears or tail, though their size can be slightly changed. Believed to be a remnant power of the demon spirit involved in her creation.

◉..:: Endurance: Physically active and fit, though low strength, high endurance and high lower-body strength makes for toned, muscular legs fit for carrying her lean body for many miles at a time.
◉..:: Acute Senses: Animal-like in physicality makes for the vastly improved five senses she possesses.
◉..:: Agility: In tuned with fight-or-flight, flight is often the preferred choice due to her petite physique and gentle nature. High flexibility and agility makes for getting out of tight situations that could possibly turn fatal.

◉..:: Heal: The ability to close a majority of mild wounds and sufficiently prevent further damage. Can be used on superficial and internal wounds. Also aids in the fighting of infections but not viruses. Wounds must be set (i.e. fractures, gouges, gashes, expansive burns) before heal is applied, the result being that without aforementioned attentions, the wound will heal incorrectly and may cause further damage.

◉..:: Preservation: The ability to effectively stop time on a being that is close to death. By suspending animation on someone for a short period, you can prolong their probability of recieving medical attention that may spare their life. Thusly, can only be used for up to an hour time slot before the patient re-awakens. Is only active on those already sleeping, or otherwise highly vulnerable. A victim being alerted to the spells use unwillingly for subduing purposes may make the victim drowsy but otherwise will have no effect. Highly effective during complex surgeries and during life or death situations where the patient may bleed out before receiving aid.

◉..:: Shell: The ability to prevent harm on oneself or another of which the spell is being cast upon. Creates a seemingly near invisible barrier that actively protects, shields, and dispels malicious acts on the protected. Though not unbreakable, is not easily dispatched unless by an exponentially higher opponent.

♕ :: H I S T O R Y ::

Aurelia's unique history is made up from the very fabric of the history of Zion itself. In the midst of the original War of the Gods, it was not a secret that there were some incredible powers sealed within Zion itself. It was even revealed that the world could birth it's own champion, a God, from nothingness but the prayers of people. With this thought in mind, it was the shamanic village of Sonsa that was placed deep within the Vordoo forest sought to create their own superior being, of which would serve the purposes of the people instead of the Gods. Mortals, even magically inclined ones such as the race of slightly smaller humans that lived in this very scholarly village, are subject to becoming prey for the much more wary and persuasive. Such was that the elders of the village fell into the trap of a tricky and powerful spirit. The spirit told them that if it were to have a host, it would then be in the debt of the people of Sonsa and be under contract to serve them. The spirit was, in reality, a demon long since sealed in an ancient tomb that was disguised as a lesser temple to throw off the granduer of what truly lie inside. However, before the mission of creating a suitable hosts form for the fraud 'God', the village of Sonsa was attacked by warring forces of Caelius and Ares. There were no survivors, save for seven cowardly individuals that had been hiding instead of saving their own brothers and sisters, wives, children, and neighbors, from being slain on the field as innocents. For their cowardice they paid the dear price of being the sole survivors and finding it their duty to carry out the wishes of the elders, for the people of Sonsa were an ancient and custom-revering people. The lesser crew carried out in the traditional fashion of two partners that worked together in tandem, save for the head leader, or 'Master' as they were all now known seeing as they were the only left of their clan. With their little knowledge pooled, they made a fatal error of trying to extend their own lifetime so as to cheat death and reclaim their village. Making a deal with the demon, they fretted away their very souls, leaving behind the empty husks of bodies, fueled only by terrible guilt and anger, they toiled away in futility in trying to create an ideal being.

--83 years prior to Aurelia's birth--

The Masters, having spent the better of several centuries searching and learning decrepit and evil ancient magics, were finally within their power to create a being. What they created, using magic, body, blood, and spirit of a human sacrifice and animal parts. What was born was not human, nor perfect, nor godly, and when the trickster demon finally found itself well within it's new host, it was fragmented and broken beyond repair, leaving it's power fractured. Aurelia was born a mere baby, literally birthed from a menagerie of natural things who's lives were ended too soon. She was ugly, distorted, strange. But from this baby, great things were still accomplished. It was found that the baby retained magical abilities as well as the unique ability to slowly transform over time, a small piece of the demons power. With this, the homely child was transformed by itself into a shapely being. Ultimately, over a long span of years with the Masters, their time came to an end. Aurelia herself was forced, after a lengthy and sad childhood with her pseudo guardians, their bodies became consumed with hatred, transforming them into vile shifts and lichs, to which Aurelia sadly had to destroy, finally freeing her only family from the world.
