Because who wouldn't want a little animate pear as a familiar? Guaranteed to charm and perplex your friends and enemies, it has no particularly magical properties...it's just sort of a pear with little leggies. It can bite, but not very hard. Mainly, it's just surreal to look at.(You probably recognise it, but this is of course a homage to www.deviantart.com/art/The-Bit⦠! A tribute to the internet's most well-known fruit friend.)
