Well, it IS associated with a part of the body that's considered to be sexual (sometimes, still trying to figure that part out given some moments in MLP, like Rarity getting slapped there or hitting Twilight with it, which clearly weren't deemed to be family-unfriendly even back in Season 1). I'm actually more perplexed as to why people find it funny.
And there are a bunch of fetishes out there. Feet, vore, inflation, bondage, transformations, wings, and (less commonly, which is a bit of a relief coz I have a clean interest in these) villain deaths and tails.
Me, I greatly dislike this kind of thing but I don't judge people who are into it one way or the other. (Occasionally stopping by these pics to give some friendly comments to make up for having been a little less accepting before I started watching MLP) I can tell you're not being judgmental either (unlike a commenter above), just wondering why.
