This is for Kannibal on subeta. I said I'd draw a picture for a 1 month gold medal and chose this one out of all the choices given. I thought it was the most interesting idea.It's a Chinese dragon, Red Panda mix thing. I like it.
The idea is that he's the lantern tender for the longest traveled road in Asia. That's why you can't see the beginning or end of the road- it's just, long! So, there you go.
I was inspired by KungFu Panda, yes.

I like it. You never really mix a red panda and chinese dragon together...^_^ But, the idea is cool, and an interesting story behind it too. Ahh, the endless possibilities...Anyway, awesome work!

This came out really really well. Like I said before, the fading of the colors is a great idea. The orange tones work well. And the character design is so creative. His soft bushy tail

*put a special lacur on it so easily wipes off the moooooooooooostashe* hehe.
