Nice. Love the fact that the pose is not something you normally do. She's not just standing there, instead she's sitting. Great stuff. I'm questioning the peacock feather, but... that's just me. I know it's not your character, so you have no say. But.. it's random?

I REALLY like her hair and face. The eyes are capturing.

Specially her hair and face, its pretty!
Though I don't go crazy over the way you made her shoes, I admit I couldn't do no better and that it isn't a focal point. Nevertheless, the coloring brings it all together for me, because I could never make all the colors look so smooth!
