Description
Blue, a blue-merle energetic Australian Shepard whom I absolutely adore, is usually kept outside on a chain where he has enough room to run but never truly romp. Luckily, his owners usually let him off the chain to run during the day. I'm not sure what he gets himself into, my boyfriend insists that he visits the neighbors dogs, but he disappears into the woods to reemerge hours later absolutely covered in a blanket of mud, waiting by his chain to be tied up again.

I've been working on this picture for months, but got frustrated with coloring it. In fact, I'm still frustrated and disappointed with the background but I've just given up. I liked the way I drew Blue enough to make up for how much I hate the background.
