Description Christmas present for my father.

My dad bought this bike imported from Russia the year before I was born, that means that this year he has had it a total of 32 yrs.

It was originaly modeled off BMW's, when the Russians captured the BMW factory in Germany during WW2, the designs were shiped back to Russia where they were imediately produced and sent to the front to help fight the Nazi's. little has changed about the design scince and although they are still being produced the last one was imported into Australia in 1992.

When he came into it's possesion it arrived in Australia in a crate, however it was completely disasembled and he had to put it together himself so he is quite intimate with how it works and can more often than not fix it by the roadside (which is rare because it never breaks down).

He paid 1$ per cc which means he paid a total of 650$ Au + freight. pretty cheap huh.

My dad loves this bike so much he has scince bought another 2 russian bikes and him and a bunch of likeminded mates have started a club called "Russian motorcycle owners assosiation or RMOA" which is going stong and currently has nearly 1000 members Australia wide.

one last thing about this bike...
when it was first registered in Queensland it had the number plate "Q.L.D. PA- 567 " so ever scince then this bike has gone by the name of, you guessed it "Old Pa".

As always comments and crits welcome.

oh nevermind, its just a videogame. They made a comment about how it was originally a german design but the Russians took the factory during WWII and started building them, but it might have been a different motorcycle.

I recently faved this and just now got a chance to show it to my husband who knows just about everything about old bikes. He says it's fantastic and 'super realism'. The chrome and shine on the fenders and tank are super. Great work.
