well, I would like to know too many things x'D like the program you use, where do you start drawing, the tools, your priorities when making pages, how you make the panels... too many questions c':

I use Photoshop. 
Not sure I get the second question about where do I start drawing. 
The tools: I have a Wacom tablet 21UX. 
And my priorities: Ambiance, light and emotion. Those are the three important goals I need to established first before going any further in my work.

oh noooo, that one always bugs on me :c

I mean, when you know what you want to draw, what do you start drawing first? the background? the characters? do you start from left to right, right to left? I personally prefer to start with the characters

I start with the characters. Unless it is a background only, so in general I start with the most important element of the picture.
