I was in Germany for 3.5 weeks this past december, and I saw a picture of this exact scene, and I wanted to visit there.... But alas, I never got the chance! (Instead, I was down in Bavaria, with the thickest fog ever. I could tell it was a beautiful place... but I just couldn't see it!)

So, props to you for getting the shot I couldn't. It's beautiful!

ok- for me its a bit easyer ... my hometown is 30 km from Cologne ..;o)
Next time you have to visit it, its just loveley with the lights and every thing .....
but bavaria got also a few good spots - but not in fog ...( bad luck ....

but thanks a lot ... !

ps. is it your New Beetle in the Avater ? - i got one too, in a light green - love that car ..;o)

Haha... yeah, it's my Beetle in the avatar. The actual picture is in my scraps if you want to check it out. I noticed that not a lot of people in Germany have a Beetle... it's a lot more popular here.
