history
We've slowly worked back on his past for the past few months and have found that he was sired by a nearly unknown Georgian Grande only known as 'Lamberton', and born to a friesian named Magic. He grew up in the same place his dam lived until he was sold on at the age of about 3, and has hardly stayed in the same place since. His name was changed upon his transfer to White Lions'.
personality
Geode is an incredibly intelligent boy, picking up new skills easier than any horse the guys have ever seen an older horse do so before. He uses this to trick people sometimes but is generally very good natured. Ode is forever a weanling too, bouncing around his pasture and playing gentle with all the other horses. He also loooves human children too and he's the prized school horse. He can be a little clumsy, knocking people or treading on toes but genuinely doesn't mean it. A good example is the time he knocked Sophie to the floor and instantly looked round to stick is stupid face in her lap. He's a total escape artist though and dashes off around yards and fields and even wanders when you try to saddle or mount him - you need two people to do that kind of thing. Geode is basically a totally different horse when working and is so serious it's hard to believe he's the same boy you saw playing with the yearlings 10 minutes before. All his concentration goes into his training. Occassionally he'll bolt under saddle for no particular reason so you need to be ready - it's easy to be lulled by his even temper. When he's upset, he really goes to town, get the hell out of there! Ode gets easily bored easily so make sure he has something to do or he'll start sticking his nose in things he shouldn't be.
