its a very striking piece. i dont thing people understand that the catholic church is making an effort to change for the better. we are trying to becomemore modern, and more universally loving. we are dusting off our old dogmas and trying to make them relevant. trying to do more without asking for more. i agree that the catholic church still has alot to work on, but atleast give us credit for trying.. not trying to be mean or "convert-y", i like the drawing itsself and i believe it took alot to talent and skill to draw that. the message just hurts because we are trying to get better. god bless

The message (if it even is a message) is not ment to hurt, I never understand that something like a drawing actually hurt people... Certainly when it's not directed towards individuals, but towards a powerfull institute like the church. In this case, it's just a surreal drawing, not much of a statement or something.
About the church, I don't want it to 'change', I want it out of power. I'm in favor of freedom of religion, but on a seculary base, I never saw a good example where the combination of 'Church & State' was beneficial for society... It's doctrines and influence, should aways be allowed to be questioned. In my opinion even more important than freedom of religion is freedom of expression.
