Dr Nanl Lilypad has just tested the latest in espionage technology in the Skyshrine Arcane Military Sciences department. Teamed up with an old shaman friend of his he was able to use the DNA of a Basilisk and create a potion known as an essence potion. These potions will most likely up the game in espionage as long as the spies Matashi sends doesn't screw up.

This experiment was conducted in a humane matter meaning that no test subjects were harmed during the experiment. Dr Nanl Lilypad who is also a member of the Arcane Sciences in Freeport refuses to do any experiments if they are inhumane and unethical.
