yeah they're both wedge tail eagles, the one on the bottom its just a juvenile (hence the more golden appearance particularly around the neck)

Oh, I see. It's just that the one one the bottom seemed to have a shorter beak and lighter eyes. I was thinking it could be juvenile, but asked just to be sure!
