I think if you can draw, you can use any compruter programm - it's only a question of you, not of the programm . And patience and time to draw you'll need everywhere .

I would've thought otherwise.
I mean, I've been drawing in Paint
for years, and it's one of my most
favourite mediums to use.
But just the amount of detail here,
it's kinda astonishing what can be achieved
with such a simple programme when
a bit of effort is applied.

Hm, I used some online oekaki painter before, as you can see in my gallery (for example: [link] or [link] ), but not the MS Paint. So, I can say it was my first drawing there though not the first ever of course .
And generally I think it's not the question of drawing program but of the drawing person .

most definitely.
A good artist can
work with just
about anything.
And that other
picture's nice too.
Like the colouring-style.
