What if a Shaggy Tier Pepsiman fought The Underplayer?How would THAT turn out even?
Would Pepsiman count as code, or would that just not work with him?
Also, I made the sprite since I really wanna see The Underplayer in MUGEN someday, and the actual fact that there is a heavy lack of good Undertale characters.
I wish I knew how to make characters, cuz then I'd make like a whole sprite sheet for The Underplayer.
