Tiri a goblin scout came about from me randomizing HeroForge. Now I did change it up a bit, Goblins in my world have a more humanoid appearance. So the outfit which is hidden behind the bow (really wish I could alter the size) is crudely crafted metal chest-piece, bracers, and leg guards. She uses leaf and leather skirt and shawl. Tiri is a scout for the Tree Hopper Tribe; this tribe is one found on a jungle island (that my players have not found), and the technology level is a little behind the rest of my world. The Tree Hoppers make their homes in the thick tall trees that dominate the island. I picture her sneaking up on some game she's been stalking, and getting excited. I have been thinking about setting a campaign on this island, it wouldn't be the first where starting weapons were either crude or made from lesser material (or both). The ears are a little small for what I pictured, but most of the other ears that stuck out like that were too big.
