This is a lovely take on the classic SNK character that became a staple of the KOF series.
Your take on the character is energetic, illustrative and cheesy in the cartoonish anatomy. Combined all together though you do show a style that has become quite memorable with many other people out there. You've shown that you have a wonderful know how of working with the anatomy, along with transforming it into a personal take that has made it iconic. It's simple, effective and comical to a degree. It's a combination of Western with Eastern art styles and you've been able to portray the very best of your skills throughout.
Colour is also expressed well with the clean cut comic book style whilst adding your own little personal additions to make it have that hook. IT doesn't stray on being complex, but rather the opposite in being simple and charming which fits well to your drawing style.
