I'm trying to get into illustration using the computer but I can't seem to figure out how exactly do you do it. Do you use a Wacom tablet?

Yes I use Wacom Intuos tablet - it's quite old now, about five years old *hugs her tablet* - my reliable best friend! 
Anyway... Have you tried to search for video tutorials, books, and stuff about digital drawing?

I have. I'm just limited because I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and not the real deal. I'll probably have to get the CS5 unless the already have CS6 for what my college classes will be. Still, I am getting a Wacom Intuos tablet for Christmas so I'm excited. ^.^

I used to love Lady and the Tramp, both movies. Still do. When I was little I'd sit with my dogs and watch it with them and point things out. xD
My favorite animated feature period is Balto. I love the two following movies, as well. |D I think that's classic enough?

Balto is definitely a movie worth to be called a "classic"! But since it's a little bit more modern than "LatT" I count it as my fav animated movie, and the "Lady and the Tramp" is a favorite classic!
