Yeah, I guess villainy is one part of the criteria to belong in their mopey club of green.
I remember a gifset on tumblr about Loki drinking a mix of something "terrible and blue-black" but I really can't promise it wasn't just my imagination. Doom on the other hand is probably a bit more traditional with his choice of drinks - as was already commented here, probably ale/beer.
