Here is Tsuruya-chan from Suzumiya Haruhi No Yuutsu.
And I do not own this manga (no waay ^^)
I didn't draw this (but I'll do a draw of her one day ^^), I just wanted to try the vector of paint tool SAI for lineart.
I used Photoshop for the rest (brush , Nyoro~n XD ...)
