Description
My OC "Kaa" based on the Guarani myth of the monster / demi-god, Mboi Tu'i. Second son of the god, Tau and the human woman, Kerana.Drawn in PChat of course <3 five different pictures photoshopped to fit on one page as a character reference.

hmmm not in the sense that he can put them into a trance or tell them to do something and have them mindlessly obey.
He puts the "fear of god" into people, paralyzing them with terror. or I guess he could seriously intimidate someone into doing things.
so it's not the same as hypnotism

lol thanks. he's named after the snake from "The Jungle Book" movie Disney did
