it's pretty beautiful and atmospheric but.......what world is this? I mean there are buildings and other stuffs that looked like were made from humans. What is this world that this game takes place in?

I honestly have no idea. The game sort of references the builders which a lot of people assume are humans, and there are some parts of the game that have posters and apartment buildings that make it seem likely, but from what I've seen it never explicitly states or shows them

I believe it must have been some sort of nuclear war because slugcats are kind of a mutation of a cat or a slug, or it's basically something that altered the cat specie's breeds that caused them to look like that cute one here. And does any of you guys think that we might need a Rainworld 2?

Idk, I'm not sure if they will be able to upgrade the engine to the point they'd need to make a rainworld 2; the physics and everything is great, and their still updating this one with more content.
Nuclear war is an interesting idea, but nukes put out EMP's so i think the electric stuff and the robots wouldn't work.

Yeah but it's a great idea to have a sequel for Rainworld.
I may have to agree you on that one and I think it had something to do with global warming or some kind of epidemic virus or something. Or maybe a catastrophic disaster that happened

I plan on recreating Rainworld if I get to know the storyline and have a OC there who was a famous scientist that managed to transfer the human conscience to AI speciemens. And he did it on himself when the world of Rainworld developed

That sounds interesting! I think that's kind of like what some characters are in the game at the moment, though I think they're just AI and were never human (or whatever species created them)

You are welcome! I am really interested in this game with a few of my friends, Eve and Lummya, and i have collected screenshots and put them into FireAlpaca when i did this with Dino Run DX. Now i might do this with Rain World too someday.

The game is sadly way too difficult for little casual me to complete.

Idk, it can really encourage different play styles. I played more aggressively but if you play it casual and work toward survival more I feel like you can get more out of it
