so here she is colored. Raquel my Hey arnold Oc, she is also my Ed Edd n Eddy Oc. she's based off of myself so she's kinda plain but oh well.

In hey arnold she is Gerald's cousin and in Ed Edd n Eddy she is Jonny's step sister. Being the fangirl that i am, when they all get a bit older (around the age she is here 16 or so) I paired her off with Sid from Hey arnold, and Double D in Ed Edd n Eddy.

Her Personality:

Raquel is very shy, but friendly. however because she doesn't talk much or know how to socialize with others well most people think she is a snob. With this said she doesn't make a lot of friends. she is very active she loves jog, ride her bike, and swim. she plays guitar and sings. She is often the center of some new rumor within the school most are never true.
