I have a quick tip for you. The horizon tells us the eye level of the spectator and it seems here (from the perspective) like we're at eye level either with the figure's face, or its torso/wings. So you'd have to put a distant horizon at that level.Ā
The way you placed the horizon it seems like the viewer is at ground level looking up, which would change the way the figure looks.
Nice work, but make sure you study some perspective.
