Okay, okay. I wanted to do something more related to the anime. In my mind, Kagome get's lost and injured and Sesshomaru, obviously is nearby, and carries her to a safer place.

Since Sesshomaru isn't related to dates he's not the one suggesting something like that; it's Kagome.

"This is our first alone time together Sesshomaru-sama; it's a date" it's what Kagome says in my mind. Totally unfamiliar with the term Sesshomaru just arches his eyebrow but understands what she means.
