this was actually pretty fun to do and i'm pretty happy with the shading.... sorry for the lens flare... couldn't resist 
approx 2 1/2 hours with photoshop CS5 extended

Nice! Love his expression & the metal shine, though his sage-eye marks aren't red. I wish he would've kept wearing this after Pein. Ah well, I guess you can't be awesome all the time. >^.^<

Actually, the lens flare makes the headband actually look shiny.

haha yeah its starting to grow on me but i read somewhere that a lot of people think that using it is only for "lazy" artist....
