So here is the finished piece.A while back I thought it would be fun to create a Black Lantern of a fallen Marvel hero... and Cap came to mind straight away!
So here he is...

The reason for Earth 616 instead of just Earth is that when black lanterns chose dead people from other universes it was say which universe it was like Earth Prime or "Kal-L of Earth-2 Rise".

Nekron had himself summoned to Coast City. Teleported the black power battery there and started releasing lots and lots of black rings, reviving thousands if not millions of people who died there. Thence the comparison to Genosha.
