Very nice! I like the letter forms, even if i don't know what it says! I think you should get rid of the reflection, its abit too much like cheesy web 2.0 in my opinion. And it doesn't really add anything to the design.

I agree on the reflection, looks cheesy, I just got stuck with the letters and thought they were boring by themselves. When I started it was supposed to say design, but it kinda got f`ed up
