my last shoot for Monster Hunter and retired! such a heavy costume almost feel like handicap. weight around 40lbs. the whole thing are made using PVC plastic, shoulder and chest are mold/cast plastic. flexible area like arms arm foam sheets.more info on how i make them on [link]
