Distinguishing Features: A scar on his left eye after an accident involving bullies and scissors in middle school. This left him blind in that eye.

Personality:
- Seiji is a boy who is quite passive and tends to go with the flow for most things. He is friendly to his peers and tries his best to keep up with what’s happening.
- Bullying in middle school led to him being quite reserved when he got to high school, even more so than he was before.
- Hs mom notes that he is a very compassionate person though and cares for the people around him.
- His passiveness can come off as uncaring though, but his friends are helping him to improve on that

- Kiyoshi Ito (Older Sister, 20) – Pro Hero “Sludge Girl” – She is a confident 24 year old woman who achieved her dreams of being a pro hero. She is very courageous and excitable. Seiji idolises her for her work and in turn, she wants to see him flourish as a hero as well. Her quirk ‘Sludge’ allows her to produce a sticky sludge from her hands.
- Kenta Ito (Father, deceased) – Former Pro Hero who was killed on duty. He was well known in their home town and was becoming more popular, but was struck down by a villain while saving civilians. His quirk was ‘Life Touch’ – a quirk that could heal injuries quickly but caused about ¼ of the pain to the user. He died at the age of 36, when Seiji was 3 and Kiyoshi was 6. His death impacted Kiyoshi the most.

Strength:
- The things he animates can do anything he needs them to, fighting, defending, saving people etc etc
- Depending on what he is controlling, it can be applied in many different situations making it somewhat versatile.
Weaknesses:
- Doesn’t work on organic beings
- Limited to controlling 5 beings at once, anymore and he’ll start losing control
- Must be physically connected at all times, gets around this with special gloves.

- His quirk manifested at age 5, when he playing with his toy figurines.
How did you obtain it (what was happening at the time):
- Seiji was playing with his toys and when he picked one up, it started moving by itself. He excitedly went to show his parents!
