I'm guessing he has the power of nature or something?? I'm sorry i really don't have an Idea Who this is XD, I'm not that much into animeees. Anyways Omeh gawd that bird! This is waay crazy, it looks nice! Yu have gotten some serious progress out there(Shut ins, always study and no play.)Super light clouds up there and awesome hair detail!! So great so great! I think you should have went a little darker on the cloth closest to the neck though and a little furtherdown on the right shoulder sleeve, but then again I don't understand all that well myself XD very nice work.
