It's a parody based on a scene from the 2nd Yu Yu Hakusho Movie (Poltergeist Report).I guess it's a hint why Hinageshi never made it into the TV series...
Actually, I got the idea when I was watching the german dub of the movie.
That was some big screw-up in terms of dialogue.
Hinageshi got some CREEPY lines I swear... she even called Botan "lovely" and was constantly whining about being shy. Oh well, this is what happens when I get inspired by crappy dubs.
