Description
It's Koto from Yuu Yuu Hakusho, all pumped up during the Tournament. This sprite was meant to be part of the arena, like, if you are playing a traditional 16-Bit 2D Fighter, and Koto's running around in the background. She isn't actually part of my project right now, the sprite you see was one of the very first I created of Koto. Dug her up recently and thought I could make her "bouncy" XD
