Kayoko wants to feed some cats, but then she got captured by some cops. The cops did not believe that Kayoko had no evil intention right now, even if the 'suspect' brought a proof that she just wanted to feed cats.
They decided to 'play' a little game of feeding the alley cats, and Kayoko, while relieved that the cats get their food, she did not enjoy the game at all.
