Description From my recent visit to Hare Hill National Trust property, Over Alderly, Cheshire.

All photos in this short series were taken with my new Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM lens at distances of approximately 1 - 1.5 metres from the subject. In other words, this powerful zoom lens is being used for close photography.

As to what the flowers are - that is an exercise for the viewer!
