Pregnant and Still Winning was from the Expansion/TF category.
This is a character from an "Erin the Witch" comic I illustrated awhile back...

I guess you could say she is taking her setback in stride...or, she's not letting a swollen belly slow her down! I can't help but imagine a scene of an olympian photo finish where she is running in slow motion side by side with another racer and her belly is what wins the race for her inspiring hundreds of women to become pregnant with methods that cause multiple conceptions and she becomes the poster girl for thousands of super-pregnant women across the world!
