and I were discussing cosplay with a groupof friends, and the idea of a Kuroshitsuji group thing came along~
It came to the point where Koeru suggested that he could do a Male version of Madam Red~
So I went searching around, to see if anyone has done it before to get some ideas~
I had no luck, then I tried looking for pictures and drawings, and...Nothing..
My face couldn't look anymore confused~
I thought 'There's no way that it hasn't been done, you know..Rule 63?!'
unless I'm not looking hard enough ~ but nevermind ~
Here's my rendition of a genderbent Madam Red ~ Mister Red

No balls is painful enough I admit... but a serial mystery killer going around, being noted for 'balls' as target.... suddenly the darkness of Kuro became a comic darkness XD

Still pretty gruesome to be honest. I don't personally find the humour in cutting off, or out, any particular organ. If that were the case it could already be considered comical for the abortions, because you know 'Killing un-born Babies' XD HAR-HAR.
A Vasectomy could work in place of Abortion quite nicely, given it's pretty much the same situation. No longer being able to produce any of the requirements for offspring. No womb, no sperm.
