Description If you haven't figured it out, here's Princess Peach getting her hands (or is it her face?) on the ever unpredictable Mask. Imagine Mario's face once he learns that his girlfriend have powers beyond him, and an attitude to match. XD

I like these transformation pics for The Mask. There should be more like this one. Character holding The Mask, pulling it closer, putting it on, become a tornado and finally standing there transformed. I've found a few other transformation pics, but they missed some of the above mentioned attributes that makes the transfromation scene "complete". I hope there are gonna be more "complete" transformation pics in the future.

I tried to have the face latching part in my transformation pic: [link]

But it never came out right, so I had it go straight from pulling it to the face to the tornado.

But it also gives the feeling that they're used to it, which was kind of my intention, anyway.

Far, far too late for that. Let's see Dorian wore it in the movie obviously, the Pshychiatrist, Chet, Fish Guy and Pretorius wore it in the cartoon, and in teh comic anyone who wore it became a so called "Bad Guy"

...I am kind of disturbed at how you worded that, it almost came off as you saying Stanley Ipkiss is the only person allowed to wear the Mask

In the movie sure, in the comics however he was far from it, beating an old woman to death becase she was tough on him in elementary school, killing cops, killing just about anyone who ever crossed him, hell the only heroic Mask user was Kelleway, and all he did was turn his attacks on criminals rather then people who wronged him

i dont read the comics. but the comics were the original idea for the mask. the director from the movie was also the director for horror movies. his first idea of the mask would be like in the comics. but then he thought it would be better that the mask would be a wild, love-crazed, good hearted hero. and it was! its true, i saw the commentary.

I'm well aware of that fact, though I believe the comics will always be better then the movie, partly because the movie is actually quite bad when you sit and think about it, and partly because the original comics had such a dark and twisted take on things, yet still keeping the light hearted cartoony feel, made even the most extreme and disgusting murders hilarious

um, okay. well, you have your interests.(i dont like violence) anyway, i agree on the movie. it was a bit bad, but it was created in 1945. the quality wasnt really that good. but i love the mask as the hero, always had a fan crush on him.X)

You mean 1994? Just because it's not a recent movie doesn't mean it has to be bad, I mean Citizen Kane is one of the most well loved films ever made and that was released in the 1930's, anyway the faults with the movie are just too hard to ignore, like how Ipkiss gets away with robbing a bank despite the fact they have evidence that incriminates him, not to mention how Tina falls in love with the Mask because of his overconfidence and show boating, yet after speaking with Ipkiss for two minutes, she hates the Mask and loves Ipkiss. These aren't complaints that the time it was made would have any effect on, most of them are plot holes caused by either a bad script/Editor, or a bad director

I must say I'm impressed with the colouring on this piece and honestly I think you did a far better job with this then you're previous 2, they were very good don't get me wrong, but this just seems better, it keeps in with the style of the drawing if that makes sense

I get it. As much as I love MJ and Felicia, this is my best work yet and I'm proud about it. I'm most of all proud that I coloured it from an uncoloured base, and it turned out great! If you find any uncoloured Mask pics, I'd greatly appriciate it if you'd tell me. You don't have to, but I'd love to colour more Mask art.

And thanks for the nice comments. ^_^

Not that you SHOULD look forward to transformation sequence pictures from my side but the best way to get these things done is to commission someone to do a comic strip sequence.

So far no one I commissioned does comics or at least offers them as an option so I'll have to find an artist that mixes styles AND takes comic commissions to pull something like this off.

No plans though.

Transformation commissions, eh? That would be so awesome. Hope you find someone who takes comic commissions. Later.
