For her birthday (March 20), in Fallout 76, Layla learned how to build a nice-looking jetpack for the power armor set shown here (the Deep-Space Alien Jetpack plan was a Daily Op reward today). As somebody who isn't afraid of heights, she'll test it while jumping off one of the highest points in the game.

Interestingly, she received the (repeat) Scorched X-01 PA Paint plan on her birthday last year. She's not too much of a PA user as she relies on her own acrobatics and general agility to survive out there, but it never hurts to try new things.
