I got a hugeeeee headache now, didnt feel like shading/colouring at all, I made 2 designs and this drawing today, now my head is dead, but fries will make me feel better soon!Art/Character Β© Okoe

weetje wat wel altijd is, als ik iets hartigs zoals friet/macaroni eet dan heb ik daarna zin in iets zoets zoals chocola xD en andersom ook, maar ik mag NIET snoepen, probeer aan me dieet te blijven, dus ik ga nu ff kauwgom pakke

ik eet echt veel vind ik, het ergste is, ik zeg altijd tegen mn moeder dat ze niets ongezonds moet kopen maar dan zegt ze ja maar das dan voor je broer/zusje.. en als ik het eenmaal heb gezien dat het er is.. dan pak ik het toch weer T_TΒ
zo irrietant, als je weet dat het er is, dan kun je het niet weerstaan.. maar het gaat tot nu toe nog goed.. alleen die friet niet, achja 1x per week mag wel, ik eet smorgens 3/2 boterhammen + peperkoek, smorgens maakt het niet uit, krijg je energie het verteerd toch, om 10 uur, fruit, half 1 fruit+peperkoek, 3 uur fruit, savonds groente + soep en kip als ik het lus en water drinken, ben hier al 3 dagen mee bezig xD

its cause when I draw, your eyes/brain have to focus on the line your drawing, and when designing I usually get headaches aswell cause I get frustrated, its so hard to design.. >.<

how illuminated is your work area? and do you wear glasses? from time to time it's good to take a break and go to a illuminated place, if you're in the dark and vice-versa.
My glasses have a high degree so if I spend much time focusing on one thing like for hours, I get headaches...
also stress gives me hard times

there is one window not very big, its on the left of my face kinda, doesnt shine much light through, which makes me sad, I wish it was brighter in this room, and yes I do wear glasses, they give me headaches too sometimes, I hate it that my eyes are bad D:
