In a way. There are already set templates and images. You can edit them, place them wherever you please or even distort their shape and color. It's kind of like using the template of Kagamine Rin and organising her movements and structure.

Actually the maker of Chaining Intention (MasatakaP) was the one that prompted me to make some of these images. Perhaps when I have the time or get better at this, I'll make a video too.
