Description
This theme is based on ISM5 by mbgd that was put out a few years ago. I edited and added a few skins and this is the final product. I call it IMS5_COMPLETE. All credit goes to mbgd for the original skins.Skins included are:

Note; Open HELP ini file in the resources folder to set Longitude and Latitude for your weather location
The layout is included.
Fonts and wallpaper are in the resources folder.
Min. Requirements are;
Windows 7
Rainmeter 4.3 or newer
SpeedFan
I do not use SpeedFan myself, so I don't really know to get it to work for you. That was all in the original skins.

Open weather folder, double click on the User Variables, enter zip code or weather code from Weather.com, copy long code for your city then paste where it says Location=. Hit save then refresh weather skin. It's easy. The old weather code works too, like USCA1234 as an example.
