=====UPDATE=====UPDATE=====UPDATE 8/19/2021Hello again. Well back to the sci-fi theme, this time I wanted to do a theme based on StarCraft. All of the images I found in image search and modified them for this theme. The main control panel is from a wallpaper by antxcore I found here. Thank you. The weather is by VClouds, thank you (I just changed the font). Thank you as always to all of the artists for their work to make this possible.

Everything can be edited in their .ini files. Don't forget to install the fonts in the resources folder.

Thanks. The font is called Starcraft and is in the resource folder. Once the fonts are installed everything will look like the pic above.

Is this skin usable on Win 7 ? Because it doesn't works on my PC

Right now it's for Win 10 but I will update this soon so it will work on Win 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. It will be a few days but it is coming.
