I like how nobody relizes the fact that batman is the only one that knows martial arts, and legit almost killed superman several times. If that doesn't qualify him to beat Tony, I don't know what does.

That totally fits Batman & Ironman perfectly. Just like how Superman & Captain America are basically Rocky. And Thor & Wonder Woman represent Conan the Barbarian. I've thought this through. lol

Iron Man. More accurate ranged weapons, far less susceptibility to damage, will do more damage in close combat. Batman is the World's Greatest Detective, but his skills won't help in a fight with Iron Man.
