It sure was a great moment. I never thought Darkwing would actually do that....but then again that's what all cartoons do, surprise us with something unexpected.
When I first saw this episode when I was little, I burst out laughing over Darkwing kissing LP and LP's reaction at the end.

Actually in the episode "Ghoul of My Dreams" Darkwing Duck was in a very dreamy state and he was dreaming that he was kissing Morgana when in reality he was actually kissing Launchpad!! This is a really cute piccie!!
