They should bring these back, instead of DisneyXD they should make a channel with all their old shows on it like cartoon network's boomerang. Kids don't know what they're missing today :'IΒ

That's for sure....hell even if Disney took Big Hero 6 and created a series out of it, I'd rather watch that than the garbage they air today. I mean what kind of kid would sit there watching a Sitcom anyway?

Don't get me wrong though, they do have some good shows like Gravity Falls and Star vs. The forces of Evil but it rarely ever comes on. Even the past few years ago they were good about giving a few reruns during the day or at night of their old shows :/Β
I mean shit, they've run out of ideas for the sitcoms where it came to the point where they had to copy some of the ideas from older sitcoms to put in their new ones. (Something I noticed for a long times, especially thats so raven for some reason and lizzie mcguire)
They're all kind of the same too, nothing original or magical about them like before. It's mostly the white high school or middle school kid with their bff whos most likely a different race than them (and barely shows up or does stuff) also the "dumb" friend, the two really stereotypical popular girl bullies, goofy parents with a hot mom and fat dad, the "evil" sibling, I could go on. It's just not original anymore. Β
At least with Nickelodeon they show reruns of their old shows every nightΒ

Good news! Last week, The Splat was showing weeknights on TeenNick. As you might know, it's a channel block which (luckily) airs all of the old Nick cartoons. Hopefully, Disney might get the right idea and do whatΒ The Splat isΒ doing.

I totally agree on the Disney Channel being crap now. I loved Disney Channel the way it was in the mid to late 90s/early 2000s(2000-2002 or so).
For example: my parents loved the old black and white Zorro from the 50s, but because Disney is all about their crappy teen shows now, they hardly show that kind of stuff anymore.
And by the way, Disney's teen shows were waaaay better in the late 90s. My favorite one of that era had to be So Weird(anybody else remember that show?); I thought it was pretty cool, same with Bug Juice(again, anybody remember that?).
This is just another example of another TV network going completly downhill and forgetting their core audience and the people who really like the network and want to see what they want on it, not teen crap like Jonas Brothers and that kind of stuff(no disrespect to any people who like that stuff, I just don't like it).

Aaaaw ... this reminds me the cartoons of "Saturday Disney", in the 90s/first years of 2000s - they broadcasted cartoons every afternoon. Now we have only talk shows and, if you want to see cartoons, you must to have Sky or the other channels on the digital TV!
