ANYWAY.
I just watched a musical called Into the Woods and Rapunzel's evil witch became beautiful but had to lose her powers. This is what I thought about when I saw this because it's like the woman is rising from a veil of smoke, magicy-sparkles, [...placenta?] and is emerging as a beauty but was banished to a barren desert in order to be declared the most beautiful thing in the "kingdom" and there's that one haunty-thinger that.. well.. haunts her, being Mr. Crow here.
