just some minor "crow's feet" around the eyes is all I thought..
I see though that you have the skin of an infant ; )

I really like the red left part, so I firstly thought maybe it would be better to be cropped to the left... but... in the right part there's the shoulder, which gives a bit of "intimacy"... so I thought maybe it would be better to crop to the right and keep just a little bit of red... well, I don't know, there's something that miss and it comes from the full centered portrait I think... you look good, that's not the point
I don't know... maybe the rule of third is the point

I understand and I am sure you tried other crops before... while I was writing my comment I was thinking of your user pict (the girl with pink hair) and realizing it is centered but in that one the finger makes the difference...
oh well ! it is a good pict, I just was in the mood to be critic
