This is fantastic. Too much going on here to comment on, but just to pick the most conspicuous point, I love the reduced-contrast and -saturation and the vignette effect. For me that gives it a nostalgic feel that not everyone will notice, because it's reminiscent of the photography of a century ago, or the hand-tinting often done to monochrome photographic prints a half-century ago. Likewise the costume, particularly the shoes are reminiscent of the 1940's.
One striking touch, the way the pose is repeated in the design of the necktie. Someone commented on the surrealistic feel I obtained once by doing something similar, taking a photo of a piece of driftwood together with an acrylic painting I had made of it. I think I also arranged for the wood to cast its shadow on the canvas, giving a third instance of the same shape. Hard to say what that means, but it does mean something. Whatever it says you've said it again here to good effect.
Altogether a superb piece of work.
